Effective Date: Upon Purchase

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

By purchasing the $500 Website Package, the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agrees to the following deliverables and limitations:

  • One custom-designed homepage using the WordPress platform.

  • Hosting services for one (1) year.

  • One (1) domain name registration for one (1) year.

  • Installation of WPVivid (a WordPress plugin used for site backup and recovery).

  • Up to five (5) minor revisions prior to official site launch.

  • Mobile-responsive layout.

  • Basic homepage copywriting support (not including detailed sales copy or ad copy).

This package does not include subpages, blog content, e-commerce functionality, advanced custom programming, or opt-in/lead capture pages. The website will be developed exclusively using the WordPress content management system.

All content (logo, images, text, contact details) must be submitted by the Client in a timely manner. Delays in submission will affect the delivery schedule.

2. TURNAROUND TIME

Typical delivery is within 21 calendar days from the date the Client submits all necessary materials. The 21-day turnaround applies only to the base $500 homepage package. Add-on services such as SEO, Google Business, Logo Design, and copy delays will extend the timeline.

The Business Club Inc. is not liable for delays due to:

  • Incomplete or missing client-provided content

  • Client's request for add-ons after initial purchase

  • Extended approval or review delays

  • Client-requested changes after project begins

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Provide all content, imagery, and decision points within 5 business days of purchase

  • Select domain name within 5 business days (or a default domain will be chosen)

  • Respond to design drafts and feedback requests within 3 business days

  • Limit revisions to five (5) minor pre-launch adjustments

Post-launch edits or requests beyond scope will incur additional fees.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & POST-LAUNCH OWNERSHIP

Upon full payment and launch:

  • Website ownership is transferred to the Client

  • Domain name (1) is registered in the Client’s name

  • Client assumes responsibility for content and site management

  • The Business Club Inc. retains rights to showcase completed work in its portfolio

5. ADDITIONAL FEES & UPGRADES (Only If Purchased Separately)

The following services are not included in the $500 base package but may be purchased separately:

  • Additional Pages: $100 per page

  • Extra Domain Names: $50 each

  • Professional SEO with Rank Math Pro: $150 + $50 per page

  • Logo Design (with source files): $125 (discounted from $150)

  • Google Business Profile Setup: $300 (discounted from $500)

  • Opt-in/Lead Capture Page: $50

  • Marketing Domain (Easy Promo URL): $50

  • Social Media Management (30-Day Posting): $250/month

  • YouTube, TikTok, Commercials, Video Uploads, and Review Campaigns: Custom pricing

Upgrades must be purchased in advance and may impact turnaround time.

6. COMMERCIAL VIDEO PRODUCTION – ADD-ON TERMS

If the Client elects to purchase the TV Commercial Package as an upgrade, the following applies:

  • Total Price: $3,500

    • $2,000 for scriptwriting and full commercial production

    • $1,000 is allocated toward approved airtime placement (cable, digital, or local networks)

    • $500 is considered a project coordination, editing, and formatting fee

Scope Includes:

  • One high-converting commercial script

  • Video production suitable for cable, local TV, or digital airing

  • Delivery of commercial in approved ad-ready format

  • Coordination and scheduling of commercial airtime placement up to $1,000 value

Limitations:

  • Any additional airtime costs beyond the $1,000 allocation will be the responsibility of the Client

  • If the Client fails to approve the script or respond to production feedback within 5 business days, production timelines will be extended

  • Airtime availability is subject to change based on station schedules and demand

  • Revisions after commercial delivery are not included unless agreed in writing

The Business Club Inc. is not responsible for viewership, sales performance, or customer response generated by the commercial. No guarantee of specific airtime slots, channels, or audience metrics is made.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Once work has begun (domain registration, hosting setup, design mockups, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of business direction by Client

  • Delays caused by Client

  • Client dissatisfaction with style or features that were agreed upon beforehand

  • Requests outside of the agreed package scope

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Business Club Inc. will not be held liable for:

  • Third-party plugin conflicts

  • Domain outages caused by registrar providers

  • Website downtime due to Client-hosted modifications or interference

  • Content loss after transfer of ownership

  • Missed deadlines resulting from Client delays or changes

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Virginia.

By completing purchase, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
