Corporate Culture Enhancement Program™
TBC Inc.
Effective Date: The date the Client submits payment and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

By submitting payment for the Corporate Culture Enhancement Program™ from TBC Inc. (“TBC Inc.”), the purchaser (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Submission of payment constitutes binding acceptance of these terms in full.


1. Program Overview

The Corporate Culture Enhancement Program™ is a strategic consulting and implementation service designed for established companies with stagnant or declining culture. This program helps organizations reignite engagement, rebuild trust, and realign values through a data-driven transformation process led by the culture experts at TBC Inc.


2. Program Components

The Client will receive the following deliverables as part of the program:

  • Full Employee Engagement Survey
    Anonymous staff-wide survey to identify cultural gaps and morale barriers.

  • In-Depth Culture Audit
    A comprehensive analysis of the organization’s internal dynamics, communication breakdowns, and leadership misalignments.

  • Executive Alignment Sessions
    Direct consultations with leadership to ensure top-down clarity and support for culture transformation.

  • Action Plan Development + Implementation Strategy
    A phased, customized roadmap with specific directives for leadership and staff to create real and sustainable change.

  • Rebrand of Internal Culture and Values
    Support in modernizing and re-communicating core values that reflect the company's current mission and goals.

  • Staff Morale Booster Framework
    Design and guidance for team-building, recognition, and engagement initiatives that restore workplace energy and buy-in.

  • Leadership Tone + Trust Reset Strategy
    Hands-on guidance for adjusting leadership tone, accountability standards, and rebuilding trust across the team.

Additional services, such as on-site workshops, extended consulting, or deeper departmental engagements, may be quoted separately upon request.


3. Pricing & Headcount

The base price of the Corporate Culture Enhancement Program™ is $10,000/month for up to 50 employees.

For companies exceeding 50 employees:

  • An additional $5,000/month per 25 additional employees (or portion thereof) will apply.

Examples:

  • 51–75 employees: $15,000/month

  • 76–100 employees: $20,000/month

  • 101–125 employees: $25,000/month
    Headcount is assessed at program onboarding and periodically verified during service.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full, in advance each month.

  • No portion of payment is refundable once services or planning have begun.

  • Mid-month cancellations or prorated invoices are not permitted under any circumstances.


5. Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel by providing a minimum of 60 days’ written notice. Cancellation becomes effective after the second full month following notice.

  • Example: If cancellation notice is given on March 10, the program will continue through May 31 and be billed accordingly.

  • Cancellation will not be recognized mid-month.


6. Client Responsibilities

The success of this program depends on the Client’s full participation. The Client agrees to:

  • Grant timely access to leadership, employees, and internal communications

  • Engage in all required sessions and strategy reviews

  • Follow the action plans, communications, and adjustments recommended by TBC Inc.

  • Empower their team to follow the new frameworks provided

Failure to participate may significantly limit program effectiveness. TBC Inc. will not be held responsible for incomplete or partial implementation due to internal resistance or delays.


7. Implementation Disclaimer

TBC Inc. provides a proven framework for culture improvement. However, results depend heavily on the Client's execution.

The Client understands and agrees that:

  • Management must enforce participation and accountability

  • Employees must engage with the culture systems and respect the new standards

  • TBC Inc. is not liable for lack of cultural improvement if recommendations are ignored or partially implemented

  • Organizational culture cannot be shifted passively — consistent leadership participation is required for results

TBC Inc. delivers the structure, strategy, and tools. Execution lies with the Client.


8. Confidentiality

TBC Inc. will maintain confidentiality over all sensitive company data, employee feedback, and strategic insight shared during the engagement.
Likewise, the Client agrees to keep all proprietary tools, templates, and systems provided by TBC Inc. confidential and use them solely within their organization.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, frameworks, and systems provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of TBC Inc. and may not be copied, sold, published, or used outside of the Client’s organization without written consent.


10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TBC Inc. from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from:

  • Failure to implement strategies

  • Misuse of materials

  • Internal conflict, turnover, or miscommunication not caused directly by TBC Inc.

  • Decisions made independently by company leadership


11. Limitation of Liability

TBC Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Business outcomes following implementation (e.g., attrition, HR disputes, loss of clients)

  • Lack of cultural change due to internal non-compliance

  • Any direct or indirect losses not arising from gross negligence by TBC Inc.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the program.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Chesapeake, Virginia.


By submitting payment, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and waives any claim of non-agreement, misunderstanding, or misrepresentation.
